ERNESTO MADERA
(Biologist). He is the Master Cheese Maker of Rey Silo, the author of the recovery of the traditional recipe dating back to the time of the founding of the Kingdom of Asturias. His mastery as an Afinador has led him to invent new and surprising cheeses.
PASCUAL CABAÑO
(Journalist). He is responsible for the marketing and dissemination efforts that have taken Rey Silo Cheeses from Pravia to the entire world, positioning them in the best cheese and gourmet shops in Spain, USA, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Japan, and beyond.
JOSÉ ANDRÉS PUERTA
(Chef). Initially a customer through his restaurants in the USA, he became part of Rey Silo Cheese Dairy to give the definitive business boost to turn our dairy in Pravia into the spearhead of a new generation of cheese dairies in Spain.
FRANCISCO PUERTAS
(Cheesemaker). He joined the Cheese Dairy after studying Laboratory Analysis and has since worked hand in hand with Ernesto Madera.
MARIBEL BRUCH
(Cheesemaker). After her experience as a producer in the PDO Casin, she carries out all the necessary tasks to obtain magnificent cheeses.
CARLES ANTOLI
(Cheesemaker). He is responsible for the final aging control of the cheeses that go to market, organizing shipments according to customer preferences.
BEGOÑA ORDOÑEZ
(Graphic Designer). She is the author of the graphic image, visual, and packaging that distinguish all the cheeses of Rey Silo and their presentations.
